We built San Francisco’s first Shochu bar and stocked over 100 expressions. Today, our Shochu and Sake collection is one of the largest and most refined on the West Coast. Each bottle is chosen with care to reflect flavor and tradition.

Our seafood arrives daily from Japan’s famous fish markets. This isn’t a marketing line — it’s how we work. We receive deliveries each day to ensure everything we serve is fresh, clean, and handled the right way. Our kitchen doesn’t overdo it. We prepare seafood in simple, authentic styles that let the ingredients speak for themselves.
